A church is not a building, or a word. A church is a community of people who have encountered the Lord Jesus Christ and know Him as their Saviour and Friend. That means we are a variety of people, young and old, from different backgrounds.
Moorside Church is an exciting place to be. For over 150 years people who know and love Jesus have come together to worship Him and love each other. Church is not just an activity once a week, it is being part of a group who love Jesus and each other.
All that we do is aimed at knowing Jesus better, and loving each other more, in this community of ordinary Christians, for the glory of God.
